Terms and conditions
All of my original prints are hand printed and burnished therefore every piece is different. There may be slight differences in the application of ink and the ink colours may vary slightly to those in the featured photographs due to the lighting and colour mixing although I will always endeavour to try to give a true as representation as possible.
I use handmade box frames in both black and white. The frames have a hardboard style backing. The square frames have a "sawtooth" fixing attached to the back. The A4 frames are supplied with "D ring" fixings which can be attached to the wooden part of the frame but are not supplied attached.
Tea towels & cushions
Due to the nature of the unbleached organic cotton, there are occasional cotton nibs and slubs in the fabric. These are naturally occurring and a feature of the cotton used.
Delivery & packaging
I generally use First Class Royal Mail to post my products unless there is a larger parcel size in which case I would use a courier and let you know who to expect. If you would like your package quicker or sent as a recorded/ signed for delivery please let me know and I'd be happy to arrange but would require the additional postage fee.
I have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, post the product carefully back to me (address in contact information). Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalised items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on sale items unless they are faulty or not the item ordered.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
I will notify you once I’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
